"Katie has been a part of the Ideal family since mid 2007. Within this time, Katie has been fortunate to experience a variety of areas such as Sales, Administration and Customer Service. Throughout her career path she has found that she has a passion for Customer Relations roles.
In her role as Customer Relation Officer, Katie mostly enjoys following the clients journey through their own Ideal journey. She looks forward to talking with members and finding out about their dates and experiences.
